Who we are

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to coach you safely and effectively, such as your goals and relevant health information, which you provide directly.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and arrange coaching. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you are a client, the performance of our contract with you. We do not sell your data or use it for anything you would not expect.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the services that help us run the business: our website host (Hostinger), our enquiry-form provider, and our analytics provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as you are a client plus a reasonable period afterwards for our legal and business obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Fonts to display our typefaces, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. If analytics cookies are added, a cookie banner will let you accept or decline non-essential cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
